At Brown N' Greenfield we have many systems to deal with landslides and landslips. Traditional landslide repair can be expensive and time-consuming, especially when access to the mountain side is restricted. Trucks and means of concreting are always difficult to manage in these geohazard areas.

You must be proactive and not reactive in the design of repairs. At Brown N' Greenfield we do that. B&G have the ideas, products, and skill to help you with any type of slope protection that you need in the Philippines. The primary solution for landslide and landslip repair and mitigation is Reinforced Soil Structures (RSS).

We replace the slip area with local soils reinforced with layers of geogrid.  Simple to build, fast - and the big benefit of using readily available local soil and less borrowed soil. Even lahar can be used. The landslide repair is conducted in a phased manner, with each layer buttressing the failed slope, providing toe-weight and essentially providing structural drainage.

Difficult terrain is not a problem for us - we can work with changes of slope and angle and even curves, benches and bends in the slope or wall design. For rocky areas we recommend our Rock Fall Netting (RFN), with full design and installation service island - island wide.

B&G have our own drilling and anchor equipment and often do a complete engineering geology walk - over and photo - investigation first to aid the eventual geotechnical design- and -install.

For more typical slopes, our EcoTex Erosion Control Blankets (ECB) and Turf Reinforcement Mattresses (TRM) are high strength and free-draining, meaning the slope is stabilized quickly whilst still being green. The ECB or TRM is not only reinforcing the slope, it's retaining some top soil for a green slope finish and, most importantly, stop the energy of heavy rains and flash events ensuring stability is longer term.
